Long ago, God introduced himself as El Shaddai. The all-breasted one or “the more than enough” God. (Gen 17:1).
Important to note that in the previous chapter, Abraham had tried to use Hagar to fulfill his desire for a child. God now had to introduce himself again as more than enough. If He gave a promise, He has the sufficiency to fulfill it.
God is more than enough! We do not use carnal means to fulfill a spiritual purpose. We use God-based instruction to fulfill divine purpose. Our hearts should be at peace that God can meet every need. Yes! Every need.
Honour all men but do not put your trust in men.
It is God that lifts. Build social capital but let your heart be lifted to God!
