2Co 3:18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
The technology of change in the New Testament is primarily hinged on beholding. You are changed as you behold or look. Jesus explained this to Nicodemus using the story of the Jews in the wilderness. (Numbers 21:9).
John 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted:
So in the New Testament, the cure for the attacks of the adversary lies in keeping your eyes on the finished works of Jesus.
I can imagine the Jews in the wilderness looking up at a serpent rather than putting some effort into getting rid of the snakes around their feet. This is counterintuitive. The natural tendency is to go head-on against the snake. However, God has introduced us to a superior technology. In this protocol, you keep your gaze fixed on the redemption package and move your eyes away from the negative situation around you. This superior technology does not just kill the snakes, (How many snakes can you kill?) This superior system changes you and makes you impervious to their attack. When people don’t realize this they spend their entire lifetime killing snakes, instead of living life. Have you met some people who are constantly hustling and looking for a few changes ( quick 2k). How long will they do that? This superior technology makes you independent of the environment. This is walking on water. You keep looking at Isaiah 53 until your body no longer recognizes sickness, you cannot think broke, the things that limit men become bread for you. True change is not from outside it starts inside and as we behold we are transfigured (permanently changed).
Stay your eyes on the finished works and keep walking on water!
