To calibrate in simple words means to adjust to a standard. There is a frequency at which the spirit has to be maintained. This comes through maintaining a single focus on prayer per season. Singleness of heart and singleness of purpose will tune the spirit to that place to easily hear new things.

 

Mat 6:22  The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.

Depths of revelation are not found on the surface.

 

It takes focus. This is the principle of the laser. The same amount of energy when focused becomes penetrating, powerful, and useful. Surprisingly, the same amount of light energy can be useless when scattered.

Pro 18:1  Through desire a man, having separated himself, seeketh and intermeddleth with all wisdom.
