Jud 1:20  But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

One version says “rise up like an edifice” . The more you speak in tongues the more you beautify your life. Like an edifice , rise higher and higher independent of your location, independent of the economic situation around you. Rise higher above the situation! This is the language that locates you.

1Co 14:2  For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.

Tongues maintains the spiritual atmosphere of heaven about you. Howbeit in the spirit. As you speak in tongues you gain flexibility in the realm of the spirit. Clarity in your mind, strength to your body and force to your spirit.
Give time to it, you will be amazed at how life begins to fall to you.
In consistency lies the power.
