Psa 46:1  To the chief Musician for the sons of Korah, A Song upon Alamoth. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Psa 46:2  Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

A very present help. The word “very” means vehement. God is not casual about you. Your existence is not lost on him. He knows you. Moreover, he is an ever-present help. A part of The Passion translation of that scripture says ;

“You’re a proven help in time of trouble—more than enough and always available whenever I need you. “

Available on demand…….That’s our God. He will not leave you stranded. You know when anyone says he or she will help you, it’s nice and sweet of them but their help is limited to their capacity or resources. God is unlimited.
Oh! A vehement help!Not casual help!

See it believe it receive it. It’s yours!

So boldly declare: The Lord is my helper, what can man do to me! He is my helper. I cannot fail. He is my helper I am not limited to the approval or resources of a man or woman. Glory!!!!
