Psa 92:10 Your anointing has made me strong and mighty. You’ve empowered my life for triumph by pouring fresh oil over me.

 

The freshness of the oil preserves victory. Fresh oil is a product of fresh empowerment of the spirit.

 

Act 4:31 And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.

 

These were the same apostles filled with the Holy Spirit in Act 2.

As a New Testament believer you have to maintain that  fullness of the Holy Ghost power. Fresh oil for consistent victory. Let your head not lack oil.
