Heb 2:11  For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,

 

The believer is the replica of the resurrected Christ in every sense. The exact expression of Christ in character, purpose, and demonstration. Nothing short of that. We were made alive with him, not with a different life, no sir. That same force of dominion life that overcomes death has taken permanent residence in us. Friends, we can never be defeated. Ah! We carry the family DNA, that Z-Factor. That life has deep wisdom organic to it. As we say in Nigeria, “ the wisdom na follow come”. Where will defeat come from?

 

However, when we speak this way we realize that many times believers are looking at the wrong thing. Stop looking at the temporary setbacks, stop gazing at the sickness or your bank account. Keep your eyes on Jesus.

Christianity is like walking on water. Don’t stop looking at Jesus and his words.

So see yourself as God has made you. Declare it and insist on it.
