This is the Greek word and root Greek word used in Romans 8:28 for the word “work together”.
Rom 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Now before verse 28 happens verse 26 gives an insight on how we make this happen.
Rom 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
The earlier verses of this chapter talks about how creation was subject to bondage.
