Eph 3:16  That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;

The demands on the believer requires that the believer is empowered in the inner man to be able to stand in this last days. God has made that provision. There is a strength from within. Paul the Apostle prayed this for his partners in Ephesus. We can pray this for ourselves.
Strengthened with might is the ability to keep going in spite of the negative reports and the contradiction of sinners.

Heb 12:2  Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Inner strength helps to ENDURE the specific requirements for consecration and DESPISE or count as little any “shame” as you walk in
obedience to God.

Prayer:

Lord I receive inner strength in the name of Jesus. I declare that I am strengthened with might now!
